Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our returns are always free on any product in which the product is defective or faulty upon arrival.
Currently we're running a Free Shipping offer. If we ship the item to you for free, we ask that if you change your mind, you must pay shipping to return the item to us.
Purchase between 1st November to 25th December and receive our extended 60 day returns policy on gift items from date of delivery/receiving of order.
However, not all items are eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes tags, packaging, unopened and any specialty packaging.
4. You'll be asked to put your photography skills to the test and must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
5. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. If you've placed an order that included free shipping at the time of purchase, the return shipping fee is to be covered by the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.
7. Subscription items. If you've signed up to a subscription and forget to pause your subscription on the 2nd billing period in order to gain access to our exclusive subscription offer. By placing a subscription order, you agree that significant time is given to change, pause or update your subscription. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a refund to your order if these terms are not met before the re-billing period. Our team can help you cancel or pause your subscription at any time if you're having issues.
*Please note: If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price, and a refund will be given for the remaining amount.
Example: Purchased a product with our huge savings on bundle packs for $A and returned product out of the bundle and decided to keep 3. The current sale price at the time of return is X on a single puppy pad, small. Your refund is calculated as:
$A (Bundle Sale Price) - $X (keeping product) - $X (keeping product) - $X (Keeping product) = $Y
Remember, the above is only an example; the total amount owed will be calculated at the time your refund is requested.

If your return is accepted, provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
